Weyburn will once again be hosting an event for responsible dog owners.
The second annual RDOG (Responsible Dog Ownership Groups) Walk will be held on Saturday, October 2 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Weyburn's future Dog Park site on Alymer Street. After the walk, an obedience demonstration will take place by Bill Allen of Out West Canine Consulting at the Dog Park site.
All donations raised at the event will go towards the Weyburn Community Dog Park fund.
RDOG Day is a national initiative of the Canadian Kennel Club that is meant to demonstrate the benefits of and support for responsible dog ownership.
