ESTEVAN - Members of the Estevan Police Service had another active weekend, as they responded to 48 occurrences from July 28-30.
On July 28, members were called to perform a well-小蓝视频 check, which led to an Estevan individual 小蓝视频 transported to St. Joseph's Hospital for further assessment.
During the evening of July 28, a traffic stop was made in central Estevan, which resulted in a 44-year-old North Portal resident 小蓝视频 arrested for impaired driving. He is scheduled to make his first appearance in Estevan Provincial Court on Sept. 18 at 9:30 a.m.
During the day on July 30, police were dispatched to an area in central Estevan as a male was reported to be in distress. The male, who had a minor injury to his hand, was spoken to by members and then transported to hospital for further assessment.
During the evening of July 30, a scam was reported to police. The scam is in relation to the complainant seeing his residence for rent on a website when it is not for rent or sale. The public is reminded to be aware of this and other scams in the community on a daily basis, and to also report any scams they discover to the Anti-Fraud Centre online or by phone at 1-888-495-8501.
Also during the evening of July 30, members and the EPS's Police and Crisis Team were dispatched to a north Estevan residence on the report of a domestic dispute in progress. After further mediation, the issue was resolved without further issue.
