ESTEVAN — The Estevan Downtown Business Association is running their inaugural Halloween Trick or Treat event on Fourth and Fifth Streets from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Lincoln Tremblay, and Eva, Ethan and Alice Gignac were among the first dressed-up guests to come trick or treat in 14 participating downtown businesses.
Those who visit all locations and get a stamp from each one, need to drop their DBA Trick or Treat sheet at A&A Jewellery to be entered for a grand prize draw.
