There were four new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan on August 31, bringing the total to 1,619 reported cases. The new cases were located in the Saskatoon (1), Central East (1), СÀ¶ÊÓƵ West (1) and СÀ¶ÊÓƵ Central (1) zones.Â
Of the 1,619 reported cases, 34 were considered active. A total of 1,561 people recovered.Â
Three people were in hospital. One person received inpatient care in Saskatoon and two people were in intensive care in Saskatoon.Â
Investigations completed thus far found five of the 34 active cases were in communal living settings.Â

August 23 – Save on Foods, 4520 Albert Street СÀ¶ÊÓƵ, from 6-6:45 p.m.
August 24 – Evolution Fitness СÀ¶ÊÓƵ, #100 3615 Pasqua St., from 1-2 p.m. (using free weights).
August 27 – Great Canadian Brewhouse, 4820 Gordon Rd., from 8-10 p.m. Â
