Weyburn's cenotaph, located in Memorial Park next to City Hall, was defaced by vandals over the weekend, with the face of the soldier defaced to look like the "Joker" from the Batman movies, while the word "Deathsayer" was written across the base of the soldier, which city worker Lawrence Bisson is working on to remove on Monday afternoon.
