Spring after school programs have began. What's Cookin will be offered on Mondays by Mrs. Beatty and her fabulous volunteers. April 4th the PreK - Grade 1 had a chance to cook in the kitchen, on April the 11th the grades 2-3 will be cooking, and on April 18th grades 4- 6 will be cooking. Then on Tuesdays Chelsea Dalziel from Cornerstone Family and Youth and Mrs. Fehrenbach will be offering some programs at CES. On Tuesday, April 5th grades 2-3 will be participating in Go-Green and the grades 4-6 will be in the gym for Hang Time. On Tuesday, April 12th Balloon Science will be offered for grade 4-6, and
Spring Fling for the Pre Kindergarten - Grade 1. Then on Tuesday, April 19th we have Egg-0-Mania for Pre-Kindergarten - Grade 1 and Spring Fling for grades 2-3.
Our first annual Pink Day will be held this coming Wednesday, April 13th. The theme of the day is "One Color-Purpose-One Community". Can't wait to see the day unveil!!
The next School Community Council meeting is April 13th at 7:00pm at GFK.
Reminder, to all parents, that with spring here our playgrounds are wet. As careful as we are and as much as we try to stay on the dry areas of the playground, kids sometimes get wet so if you could send extra clothes in their backpack.
Our next Family Bingo Night will be Friday April 15th at 7:00. Everyone is welcome, come through the gym entrance. There is NO CHARGE - and plenty of prizes to be won!!!
