Time is precious! Over the past year I have been very fortunate to stay home with my daughter Mya, who is now 1 and son Ty. The year went by quickly but I am happy to be back with the kids and staff at CES. I would like to say thanks Miss Mitchell for filling in this past year and doing a fabulous job. We wish you well in your future endeavors. Thanks again from all of us at CES.
Thursday, January 27th was Family Literacy Day. Carlyle Elementary School started the day by celebrating in the morning at assembly with the Eagle Drilling Estevan Bruins, everyone got to meet the hockey players in the morning and were very excited.
On Tuesday, December 21, 2010 the staff and students gathered in the gym for the CES Annual Friendship Meal. This year we had RCMP members Lee Bitternose, Greg Larose and Kelly Guider join us to thank them for all their help and support for our Jail N Bail fundraiser for Smart boards. Our parent volunteers that helped prepare the meal also joined us on this day.
