A group of 17 students in teacher Margot Arnold鈥檚 Entrepreneurship 30 class are busy brainstorming and analyzing their ideas for the company they will begin shortly.
Once the idea is finalized, the writing of their business plan will occur, followed by their formal board meeting to present their Business Plan.聽
The initial board meeting will be chaired by the co-presidents, Risa Burdan and Jamie Borshowa via TEAMS, with Verna O鈥橬eill, GM of Community Futures Sunrise, Larry Heggs, manager of the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce, and Jeff Chessall, owner of New Age and Rona attending virtually.
The mentors will evaluate their idea and their business plan providing their feedback, expertise, and suggestions.
Students will begin sales once their order form has been created, and will be looking for support and business from the Weyburn and surrounding community.
