Bouchard, who lives in the Storthoaks area, was the winner of the Legion鈥檚 truck raffle for 2019.
The prize was drawn during the legion鈥檚 New Year鈥檚 Eve party Tuesday night. More than 1,000 tickets were sold in the raffle, which is an important fundraiser for the legion.
