Members of the Limerick Fire Department attended Fuel Good Day in Limerick with their truck. Missing in the photo is Kevin Silzer. Limerick Co-op participated in the Fuel Good Day on September 19 and chose to donate funds raised to the Limerick Fire Department. In total, the Co-op donated $1,000 with $420 coming from the burger lunch proceeds. The Co-op topped up the remainder from fuel purchases. There were 60 people who came out to enjoy the lunch at the Co-op. The Limerick Coop board, management and staff wanted to help the local fire department, which has been upgrading its equipment over the last few years, to keep our community safe.
