A community-wide bottle drive in Estevan proved to be a big success.
Sector 1 Construction and Renovations held the event Saturday. People left their empty cans and bottles out for Sector 1 employees to collect. The empties were then stored in a Sector 1 trailer.
More than 150 people donated to the cause, and there are more than 350 bags of empties.
The money from all of the empties will be donated to the Estevan Salvation Army鈥檚 food bank.聽
