The Estevan Chamber of Commerce has announced the finalists for the 2017 Estevan Business Excellence (EBEX) Awards.
Four businesses are vying for the Growth and Expansion Award: Brent Gedak Welding, Encompass Fitness, FrameTech Systems and Murray GM Estevan. Encompass Fitness and Pharmasave 427 are up for the Outstanding Service Award.
The candidates for the Community Involvement Award are RBC Estevan and the 小蓝视频ern Plains Co-op. The finalists for the Young Entrepreneur Award are Brady Johnson with Encompass Fitness, Cristina Bohn with Save the Stress Cleaning Services, Joe Billesberger with B&S Construction/Prairie Sky Kitchens, and Dr. Sarah Sliva with 小蓝视频 East Eyecare.
Three people are up for the Outstanding Employee Award: Dakota Stocker with Save the Stress Cleaning Services, Justin Fieber with Brent Gedak Welding and Michelle Smart with 小蓝视频ern Plains Co-op.
Encompass Fitness, FrameTech Systems and Save the Stress Cleaning Services are up for the New Business Venture Award.
The Business of the Year Award winner and the inductee into the Nick and Verna Morsky Business Hall of Fame will be announced the night of the awards.
Winners will be selected by a panel of judges from MNP Regina to ensure impartiality.
The EBEX Awards will be handed out on Oct. 20 at the Wylie-Mitchell building.
