The City of Estevan is in the process of transitioning to a new utility billing notification system.
The new system allows residents to log in to an online portal and have access to their utility bills. During this transition, residents that are currently set up for eBill on their utility accounts will receive a welcome email allowing them to set up an account.
鈥淩esidents that are not currently set up for eBill can currently sign up by going online and filling out an electronic billing agreement form or by calling City Hall at 306-634-1800 and one will be sent to you,鈥� shared Jo-Lynn Cherewyk, utilities clerk for the City of Estevan. 鈥淥nce the transition process is complete, we will have a new online section to sign up for eBills.鈥�
The eBill is quick, easy to use and secure. It allows people to have 24/7 access to their utility account history and current consumption charges and helps reduce paper clutter.
