Bill Allen and his dog Kaazan demonstrate some basic "Dog Manner" lessons to a group of dog owners at the Dog Park on Oct. 2. The Dog Park committee had offered an open social for interested owners during the afternoon, with the opportunity to learn some obedience training and dog rehabilitation from Allen. The Dog Park is located just south of Aylmer Street, close to the Tatagwa Parkways.
