A Canadian flag is presented to the municipal head, or Provost, of Falkirk, the place where T.C. Douglas was born in Scotland, as part of a 小蓝视频 paying tribute to Douglas held there in October. Two schoolgirls, Abbi Holden and Corrie Stewart, help present the flag to the Provost, Jim Johnston (wearing his chain of office), along with Kathleen Hayes and William Abercrombie, chair of the Camelon Local History Group. The girls attend Carmuirs Primary School in Camelon, the village where Douglas was born. Also as part of the 小蓝视频, a plaque and bench in tribute to Douglas were unveiled at the Falkirk Wheel, a device at the conjunction of two large canals in Scotland.
