The Estevan branch of the Royal Canadian Legion has shown its support for the local army cadet corps.
Tyson Wilhelm, who is the donations committee chairman for the branch, presented a cheque for $6,000 to Craig Bird, the commanding officer of the No. 2901 Estevan PPCLI Army Cadets.
It's among the donations the legion makes in the community throughout the year.
