At 5:41 p.m., Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm that is possibly producing a tornado. Damaging winds, large hail and locally intense rainfall are also possible.
A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado is located 10 kilometres south of Carnduff, moving southeast at 55 km/h.

At 5:25 p.m., Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm that is possibly producing a tornado. Damaging winds, large hail and locally intense rainfall are also possible.
A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado is located 10 kilometres southwest of Carnduff, moving southeast at 55 km/h.
Hazard: Tornado, 100 km/h wind gusts and quarter-size hail.
A number of southeast communities remain under severe thunderstorm watch.

At 4:03 p.m., Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a dangerous thunderstorm capable of producing very strong wind gusts, up to golf ball size hail and heavy rain. A severe thunderstorm warning is issued for several communities in the southeast.
This line of severe thunderstorms is located from nine kilometres northeast of Hitchcock to 12 kilometres north of Wauchope, moving southeast at 45 km/h.
Locations impacted include: Estevan, Bienfait, Alameda, Oxbow, Redvers, Hirsch, Frobisher, Auburnton, Glen Ewen, Wauchope and Alida.
Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Very large hail can damage property, break windows, dent vehicles and cause serious injury. Strong wind gusts can toss loose objects, damage weak buildings, break branches off trees and overturn large vehicles. Intense lightning is likely with any thunderstorm that develops. Remember, severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes.
Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are likely to produce or are producing one or more of the following: large hail, damaging winds, torrential rainfall.

ESTEVAN — Environment Canada issued a severe thunderstorm watch for the RM of Estevan including Estevan and Hitchcock at 11:48 a.m. on Tuesday.
“Conditions are favourable for the development of dangerous thunderstorms that may be capable of producing damaging wind gusts, damaging hail and heavy rain,” said the press release.
“These thunderstorms will develop mid afternoon and drift southeastward through to the evening hours. Some of these thunderstorms may become severe, with the main threat 小蓝视频 strong winds and large hail.
“Watch areas will likely be adjusted as the situation develops. Any development will drift out of the region by the late evening.”
Environment Canada reminds that very large hail can damage property, break windows, dent vehicles and cause serious injury. Very strong wind gusts can damage buildings, down trees and blow large vehicles off the road.
“Lightning kills and injures Canadians every year. Remember, when thunder roars, go indoors.”
