ESTEVAN - Timothy William Irwin had his latest appearance on Nov. 4 in Estevan Provincial Court.
The Oxbow man's matters were adjourned to Nov. 18, as his attorney is awaiting disclosure.
He is charged with one count each of sexual assault, administering a noxious substance, possession for the purpose of trafficking (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine [crystal meth]), and unauthorized possession of prohibited weapon (brass knuckles).
None of the charges have been proven in court.
