ESTEVAN — The Estevan Police Service had fifty occurrences over the weekend, including:
- A traffic stop was conducted during which a woman displayed signs of impairment. An oral fluid device analyzed a sample from the woman that showed the presence of cocaine, resulting in her 小蓝视频 charged for driving while impaired by drug and her vehicle 小蓝视频 impounded.
- A credit card fraud at a local hotel was investigated and resulted in a man 小蓝视频 charged with fraud.
- Police responded to a complaint at local apartment complex involving one of the tenants. The man was spoken to about the damages that he was causing and the landlord was advised of the process to follow through the rentalsman to address the issues.
- Police investigated a theft from a mailbox. The individuals responsible have been identified with the help of the public and the matter is still under investigation.
- Police were requested to conduct a well-小蓝视频 check on a man reported to be suffering from mental health issues. He was located and found to be in good health.
- Police are investigating a youth’s UGG boots 小蓝视频 stolen from the leisure centre on Dec. 21.
- EPS also assisted Estevan Fire & Rescue at a structure fire at a motel on the west side of Estevan. The building received significant damage and the investigation has been undertaken by the Estevan RCMP as the property is located in their jurisdiction.

The Estevan Police Service responded to several road accidents and other calls over the weekend.
Members responded to a report of a vehicle blocking a road on Dec. 20. The registered owner was located, and the vehicle was moved.
A gas station on the west side of Estevan reported a vehicle obtaining fuel without paying. Police are reviewing the video to determine the identity of the driver.
Members also were called to a report of a hit and run with a traffic light. While police were on scene the driver and vehicle returned to the scene.
EPS dealt with a report of a collision on Albert Street. No injuries and minor damage to the involved vehicles were reported.
Officers received information about another collision on Albert Street. It was a non-reportable collision, so police only had to assist in exchanging information.
Police assisted with traffic on Perkins with a semi unit that needed assistance climbing the icy hill.
Members responded to a report of noise coming from a residence on the northeast side of the city. Police had previously attended the same residence multiple times in previous weeks. The occupant was charged under the bylaw.
Police also did high visibility check stops. Over 200 vehicles were interacted with, and no impaired drivers were located.
On Dec. 21, police attended St. Joseph's Hospital for an unruly person. The man was located and left the building on his own. No further action was needed.
EPS also responded to a report of a possible impaired driver and open alcohol. The vehicle was located, but no alcohol was found and the driver was sober.
Members received a report of a disturbance on 13th Ave and Eighth St. The complainant was reporting he was 小蓝视频 chased by another man. The complainant was located and given a ride home. The other party involved was located and spoken to by police and the matter was resolved without criminal charges.
EPS received a report of mischief to a vehicle in the 600 block of Albert Street on Dec. 22. Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call EPS or Sask Crimestoppers.
Noise complaint from an apartment in the northeast side of the city was also received that day. Police warned the tenant about the bylaw.
