ESTEVAN - SaskPower announced an emergency outage would happen on Oct. 18 in Estevan.
It was expected to affect customers in Estevan from King Street, north to Dieppe Crescent, and east of St. Joseph's Hospital to Pettigrew Road and Hillcrest Drive.
