聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Dorothy May Hawman (Bye) was born in Arcola, SK on April 30, 1936. She was the fourth child of Earl and Margret Tuffnell. Dorothy attended school in Fineview, Arcola and finished her schooling at Gibson鈥檚 Landing in B.C.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 In 1957, she married Ron Bye, they have four children: Randy, Ron (Rosemarie), Laurie and David. Ron passed away in 1991. In 1996, she married Jim Hawman and his four boys. Dorothy was a kind loving person to all eight of her (kids) and to any other cause she thought would help the community.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Funeral services were held at the United Church with burial at the Arcola Cemetery.
