Man reported to have been assaulted at shopping centre

SASKATOON - Two men are facing assault charges following an incident at a shopping centre, on Friday.

On April 4 at 11 a.m., patrol officers were dispatched to a mall in the 200 block of 1st Avenue 小蓝视频. A man had reportedly been assaulted and the suspects were said to have boarded a City Transit bus.

Upon arrival, police located a 31-year-old man on the sidewalk suffering from non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation showed that the victim was sitting on the ground when three individuals approached him, each striking him before walking away. He was transported to hospital by paramedics.

Additional patrol officers conducted a traffic stop on the bus with the suspects thought to be travelling on it, at 22nd Street West and Avenue D. Two of the three suspects were arrested off the bus; the third suspect was not located. One suspect was found to be wanted.

Two men, ages 29 and 32, are charged with assault.
