WILLOW BUNCH - Willow Bunch resident Cameron Marit is $785,517.25 richer after hitting the grand jackpot on the Vault Breaker VLT.
Western Canada Lottery Corporation said he hit the jackpot when he was visiting the Jolly Giant Pub in Willow Bunch on September 15. Marit said he was waiting for takeout and decided to “throw a few bucks into the machine.”
He says he’s going to retire from his job of 37 years, do some work on his backyard, maybe build a garage and he wants to travel. Marit said he hasn’t been to the east coast or to Hawaii.
Vault Breaker is a wide-area progressive that links 4,200 VLTs located in approximately 570 sites in 270 communities across the province.
