Rose Marie Wright aged 86 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away quietly on Thursday, April 17th, 2025.
She was predeceased by her husband, Dick (2020); parents, Lena and Solomon Klein; and siblings: Bill, John, Harry, Lester, Ruby, Ruth, and Florence, and their respective spouses. Marie leaves behind her son, Murray (Evelyn); and sister, Elsie (Leonard – deceased).
Marie was born September 28th, 1938, in Maple Creek, SK. After STS training, Marie met and married Dick Wright on May17th, 1958. She spent many happy years in the health care industry. With Dick always by her side, she enjoyed travelling, the cabin at Buffalo Pound Lake, camping, dancing, and many bus trips.
In 2018, Dick and Marie moved to Chateau St. Michael’s where, with the staff’s care and compassion, they lived the rest of their days.
A Celebration of Marie and Dick’s Life will be held on Saturday, May 10th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Harvey Room at Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Pastor Marvin Seaborg will officiate and interment will take place at the Moose Jaw Funeral Home Columbarium. Those not able to attend may view the service virtually by going to .
