RCMP received a complaint of theft. This matter is still under investigation.

Members spoke to an individual regarding the transfer of a firearm.
RCMP received a report of a two-vehicle collision in Unity. There were no injuries. This matter is still under investigation.
Police received a report of an injured deer in the ditch on Highway 21 north of Unity. Members patrolled but could not locate the animal.
Members received a complaint of criminal harassment but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
RCMP received a complaint of fraud but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
Police received a traffic complaint. Members initiated a traffic stop but the vehicle fled from police. Unity RCMP members assisted Kindersley RCMP in locating and arresting the vehicle driver. A 34-year-old woman from Drayton Valley, Alta. was charged by Kindersley RCMP with dangerous operation of motor vehicle, two counts of flight from peace officer and mischief. Additional charges are forthcoming from Unity for flight from police and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
Wilkie Report
RCMP received a complaint of assault. Members attended but the complainant declined to proceed.
Members attended the sudden death of a 62-year-old woman from the Scott area. The death was not suspicious in nature.
Police received a complaint of trespassing but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
There was also one false 911 call.
Macklin Report
RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.
A 33-year-old woman from Timberlea, N.S. was charged with assault and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose after members received a complaint of a domestic dispute.
Police received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.
A 50-year-old Macklin man was charged with assault with a weapon, assault on police officer, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and two counts of uttering threats after members received a complaint of threats.
There was also one false alarm.
