Several wildlife collisions reported in weekly RCMP report

Unity's RCMP Detachment provides weekly policing report up to Nov. 29

UNITY REPORT

RCMP received a complaint of fraud. This matter is still under investigation.

Members received a complaint of criminal harassment, but it was unfounded.

CN Police reported a railway crossing malfunction near Unity. Reported for information purposes.

Police received a complaint of theft, but it was unfounded.

RCMP received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer near Unity. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

Members are investigating a complaint of assault.

There were also two traffic complaints.

WILKIE REPORT

RCMP received a report of an individual damaging property at a business. This matter is still under investigation.

Members received a request from Battlefords RCMP Detachment to execute an arrest warrant. The individual was not located in the area.

Police received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer south of Wilkie. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

RCMP received a noise complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint and issued a verbal warning.

Police received a report of an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was not stolen and not a traffic hazard. No further police action required.

There was also one false alarm.

MACKLIN REPORT

RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members transported the subject of complaint to Unity Health Centre for assessment.

Police received a report of an injured moose north of Macklin. Saskatchewan Environment Resource Management was notified.

Members are investigating a break and enter a business.

RCMP spoke to an individual regarding civil court.

Members received a complaint of fraud. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members attended but could not located the subject of complaint.

There was also one false 911 call.
