Requests to RCMP include disposal of old ammunition

Several collisions reported including one vehicle vs train at Evesham and one stolen vehicle

UNITY REPORT

RCMP received a complaint of individuals damaging property at St. Peter’s Catholic School. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a report of criminal harassment. Members issued a verbal warning to the subject of complaint.

There was a report of a cow on Highway 14 near Unity. Members patrolled but could not locate the animal.

RCMP received a complaint of an individual ringing a residence doorbell and running away. Members patrolled but could not locate the subject of complaint.

Members attended the sudden death of a 57-year-old male from the Unity area. The death was not suspicious in nature.

Police received a report of individuals looking the windows of a vehicle.  Members located the subjects of complaint.  No police action required.

CN Police reported a grass fire by the railway tracks near Senlac. Unity Fire Department, along with Neilburg and Manitou Fire Departments, extinguished the fire which was not suspicious in nature.

RCMP received a report of a break and enter at St. Peter’s Church. This matter is still under investigation.

Members attended a vehicle collision with a deer.  There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

There were also two traffic complaints and one noise complaint.

WILKIE REPORT

RCMP received a report of debris falling off a vehicle and hitting another vehicle causing damage. There were no injuries. This matter is still under investigation.

Police attended a single vehicle collision near Wilkie. Members discovered the vehicle involved in the collision had been stolen from North Battleford. This matter is still under investigation.

Members are investigating two complaints of theft in Wilkie this week.

CN Police reported a railway crossing malfunction near Wilkie. Reported for information purposes.

Members received a request to dispose of old ammunition located at a residence.

RCMP received a report of a break and enter at a business. This matter is still under investigation.

An individual turned in a property item that had been located in her yard.

There were also two traffic complaints, one false 911 call and one noise complaint.

MACKLIN REPORT

RCMP attended a vehicle collision with a train at Evesham. The vehicle driver was taken to Provost Health Centre with non-life-threatening injuries. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a child welfare complaint. Members attended and spoke to the complainant and the subject of complaint.

Members acted as mediators in a dispute between a landlord and a tenant.

RCMP received a complaint of fraud. This matter is still under investigation.

Police are investigating a complaint of sexual interference.

There was also one false 911 call.
