鈥淭his is Canada!鈥� was the excited reaction a young girl had to a Canadian flag July 1 at Fort Battleford. The Fort was a hub of Canada Day activities hosted by Friends of Fort Battleford. Among the festivities was a rifle demonstration during the noon hour. Mayor Derek Mahon of Battleford and Mayor Ian Hamilton of North Battleford were on hand.
