Preserving the Past: City of North Battleford Historic Archives displays were in the local malls Thursday and Saturday presenting pictures and articles chronicling the history of the city. Their presentations 鈥� at Frontier Mall Thursday and at Territorial Place Mall Saturday 鈥� included a focus on the First World War in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of that war and of the participation of people from the Battlefords in it. They also displayed articles and photos in honor of the 40th anniversary of the opening of Frontier Mall. The presentations coincided with Archives Week 2015 which ran from Feb. 1 to Feb 7.
