Dear Editor,

In response to Lorraine Wright's letters, I would like to ask how she still has a job? Complaining that there are young handicapped people in this world, heaven forbid, taking up beds in the facility that she works in, does not sound professional at all to me.

If I were one of said 'young people' I would feel my privacy has been invaded - taking it upon yourself to drag 小蓝视频s etc. through my home to point out that I don't belong. I can't imagine how your letter have made the parents of these young people feel, knowing that they are apparently supposed to be receiving 'compassionate care' from you. Or worse yet, perhaps some of these young people are in a home because they are not fortunate enough to have parents to care for them or advocate for them, and now they are in an place 小蓝视频 cared for what now sounds like some staff, who don't want to give them the time of day.

I think your sense of entitlement was slightly out of place; I am sorry for your loss, sincerely, and I realize your dad was a good man, and loved North Battleford and made many contributions to the city, as well as directly to RHL, but that does not always mean he should have been able to bump himself up on any waiting lists.

These young people also obviously had to wait their turn to find a home. It sounds as though there have never been exceptions in the past, people on long-term care waiting lists have always been encouraged to take the first bed available in the district, and I am truly sorry the particular bed happened to be in Maidstone for your dad.

I am with you on the opinion there should be a proper facility for younger handicapped residents of the city to live at, but at this date and time, there was clearly no other place to go. This does not give you the right to alienate these residents in the home they are now living. Oh of course, excluding the 'ray of sunshine' resident. Apparently she should be allowed to choose where she wants to live, but the others should be tossed on the street?

Way to go on creating a home-like environment at work for your residents Lorraine.
