Experts say texting and driving a vehicle is as bad as operating a vehicle while impaired by alcohol. If this is the case, perhaps they should implement laws that impose penalties just a severe as those for impaired driving - a year suspension, a fine, addictions counselling, a course for driving without texting.
I'll borrow SGI's line. Take care out there.
