After hearing a bit more about the Saskatchewan NDP policy debate, I now understand why they put a tree for the cover of their final draft. It's the money tree. That is the only logical explanation I can offer.
By the look and sound of it, they're going to need an endless supply of it.
If Dwain Lingenfelter ever gets back into power, we will all pay for it - literally
