BREVIK: In Loving Memory of Cristal Ann Brevik who was born Sept. 21, 1964 at Yorkton, SK and passed away April 30, 2011 at Saskatoon, SK. Cristal is survived by her husband Kevin and son Elias Brevik; daughter Kaitlyn Conroy; her mother, Emily Langan; foster-mother, Olivia Conroy; brothers: Dean Sholopiak (Sandra), Frank (Eleanor) Sholopiak, Jamie (Melissa) Marion, Lorne (Krissie) Marion, Dale (Arlene) Marion; sister, Laurie Marion (Cory); sister-in-law, Sheila (Jim) Barber; mother-in-law: Martha Brevik as well as nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Cristal was predeceased by her grandparents; foster-father, Reg Conroy and father-in-law, Sigurd Brevik. A Funeral Service was held Friday, May 6, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from Third Avenue United Church with Rev. Fred J. Tinio officiating. Shared Memories were given by Glynis Oliver and Gifts of Music were shared by Organist, Jaya Hoy; Soloist, Rose Rogers sang "We Shall Know" and Hymn Selections were "Morning Has Broken" and "Amazing Grace". The Honourary Pallbearers were "All Who Touched Her Life" and Active Pallbearers were Chris Oliver, Darren Desmarais, Gordon Rogers, Frank Sholopiak, Russel Ens and Doug Marjoram. Memorials are requested to The Heart and Stroke Foundation and The Diabetes Association. Interment took place at City Cemetery, North Battleford, SK.
