Alice was predeceased by her parents Robert & Dora Oliver; her loving husband of 60 years, Edwin; brothers: Robert, Dave, Frank, Charles and sister, Margaret. A Funeral Service was held Friday, May 20, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from Third Avenue United Church, North Battleford, SK with Rev. Fred J. Tinio officiating. Scripture Readers were Allison Baker & Lois Nieman; Shared Memories were given by Judy Kjargaard and "Tribute To Grandma" by Leah Baker. Gifts of Music were shared by Organist, Jaya Hoy, Piper, Jim Ramsay; Soloist, Robert MacKay sang "Amazing Grace" and Hymn Selections were "How Great Thou Art" and "In The Garden". The Honourary Pallbearers were "All Mom's Friends" and Pallbearers were Jim Baker, Glen Oliver, Neil Baker, Dave Oliver, Roy Oliver and Bob Oliver. Memorials are requested to Alzheimer Society, 301 - 2550 - 12th Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 3X1 and Ward 4 - Battlefords District Care Centre, Box 69, Battleford, SK S0M 0E0. Interment took place at Garden Of Christus, Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, North Battleford, SK.
