After taking Monday off for the holiday, the Battlefords and District Ladies Fastball League was back in action Wednesday night.
In Unity the Unity Bantams 2 earned a 16-11 win over the Battlefords Survivors. The win is the Bantams second in row while the Survivors have lost their last three games.
In Battleford at the Flats, the Battlefords Midgets shutout the Unity Bantams 1 while earning a 2-0 win. Also in Battleford, the Northwest Junior Vipers beat the Battlefords Bantam Bandits 21-1.
In Edam, The Unity Midgets beat the Edam Ladies 9-2 to stay perfect on the season with a 6-0 record.
The next league action is Monday when the Survivors and Battlefords Bantams Bandits play at the Flats along with the Junior Vipers and Unity Bantams 1. In Unity, the Unity Midgets and Battlefords Midgets square off. The Edam Ladies host the Unity Bantams 2 in Edam.
