The Battlefords AAA Sharks wrapped up their regular season with two losses on the road.
The Sharks fell 7-0 in Prince Albert Friday and 7-1 Saturday in Saskatoon. A positive for the Sharks is that they were much closer to the Saskatoon Stars this time around compared to their first game in Battleford Sept. 18.
The Saskatchewan Female Midget AAA Hockey League begins this weekend, as the Sharks start a six-game home stand.
The Sharks host the Melville Fox FM Prairie Fire during the first games of the season at Battleford Arena.
