Sweetgrass Light were up against the FC Elite and depending on the result of the final game of the regular season, three teams had a shot at first place.
Sweetgrass led 2-1 at half time and went on to win 6-3 and capture first place by one point in the standings.
Lance Moosomin and Shalen Fox each had two goals for Sweetgrass. Clarence Moosomin and Courtney Adams had single markers.
The FC Elite's offence was provided by Chad Stewart, who scored twice, and Kelly Halter, who nailed a penalty kick by Brendin Lightfoot.
The women's playoffs quarter-finals start Monday with the men taking to the field Tuesday and both league's semi finals will be played Wednesday with the finals scheduled for Thursday.
