Saskatchewan Roughriders roster continuity key for 2025 CFL season

You can summarize the Saskatchewan Roughriders offseason roster moves in a word: consistency.

Vice president of football operations and general manager, Jeremy O’Day was busy ahead of CFL free agency, re-signing all nine of his 2024 all-star players. Additionally, O’Day was able to execute as he had hoped when the market opened.

“We signed everyone we offered a contract to," O'Day said.

The Riders struck deals with two free agents during the negotiation window.  from Montreal and short-yardage .
