The Masters are over now and maybe that has caused just enough buzz for golfers to want to get out and do some golfing themselves locally.
Wait no longer, the North Battleford Golf and Country Club will open Saturday, weather permitting.
O'Grady's Restaurant and Lounge is up and running and the course is holding a special for April. Anyone can walk up and play nine holes for $15 or 18 for $27, no carts are available until conditions are dry.
The first major event at the course is April 29, the Welcome Back Night, and the Spring Scramble is set for April 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
