The Battlefords Ladies' Fastball League swung into its final games of the regular season Tuesday night.
All cancelled games except for two were completed when Tuesday night's games wrapped up. That will set the stage for playoff action slated to begin July 4 at 4 p.m. at the Battleford Flats and run July 6 and 11, if necessary.
The Unity Midgets sat atop the standings as of June 22 with a 12-1 record. The standings of the other teams, before makeup games were complete, were: Jr. Vipers - 8 wins 1 loss; Battleford Midgets - 8 wins 4 losses, Survivors - 6 wins l loss; Edam Ladies - 5 wins, 1 tie, 5 losses; Unity Bantams 2 - 5 wins 8 losses; Unity Bantams 1 - 2 wins, 1 tie, 10 losse; Battleford Bantams - 2 wins 11 losses.
