Residents of the Battlefords, and those travelling through, need to remember they share the river valley with four legged residents.
North Battleford Fire and Emergency Services responded to a half-ton truck colliding with a deer incident Thursday. The call came in at 7:36 a.m. and two apparatus and four personnel responded to the scene at the intersection of River Valley Drive and Territorial Drive.
No one was injured, but a spokesman for NBFES does remind drivers to slow down when passing emergency vehicles when they are at the scene of an emergency.
