Property damage has been piling up over the past few days, but there have been reports of injuries.
Sunday at about 4:15 a.m. a truck collided with a light pole. North Battleford Fire and Emergency Services were called to the scene on 13th Avenue in from of St. Mary School.
According to Lt. Grant Delparte of NBFES damage to the truck and the pole was extensive. Delparte says the driver was checked by EMS and released.
A three car crash at the intersection of Territorial Drive and the Sobeys parking lot Friday just after 2 p.m. was also attended by NBFES, but again no injuries were reported.
Firefighter Lindsay Holm reports moderate damage to two of the vehicles involved, and minor damage to the third.
The newsroom fire pager went off just before 5 p.m. Monday, reporting yet another crash at the intersection of 13th Avenue and 102nd Street. No information on that crash had been received at press time, but the reporter who attended said it appeared to be minor in nature.
