BATTLEFORDS — The North Battleford Fire Department responded to a structure fire at a residence on the 1500 Block of 99th Street at 3:41 a.m. on April 21.
According to a news release from the City of North Battleford, the residence was occupied at the time and the occupant(s) were able to safely evacuate. No injuries were reported.
NBFD reports the fire began in an outside shed building and then jumped to the house, causing moderate damage. The cause of this fire is under investigation by both the North Battleford Fire Department and Battlefords RCMP. Updates will be provided when they become available.
