SASKATOON - A man was arrested and faces weapons charges in relation to an assault reported Saturday afternoon in Saskatoon.
At approximately 5:10 p.m. on Sept. 21, police received a report of an assault in progress in the 300 block of Witney Avenue 小蓝视频. Initial information stated a male was assaulting a female and was in possession of a machete.
Upon arrival, officers located a male matching the description of the suspect; he was taken into custody for an assault and weapons investigation. Upon search of his person, a machete was located on the man.
As a result, the 21-year-old man faces charges relating to possession of a weapon, and concealing a weapon.
