A man accused of two counts of sexual assault has entered not guilty pleas and will be proceeding to a preliminary hearing early next year.
Daniel Duncan made the plea in provincial court Wednesday. He has elected a Queen's Bench trial by judge alone, and his preliminary hearing has been set for March 7,8 and 9, to take place in provincial court courtroom number two.
