SASKATOON - Five people are facing charges following a large-scale drug bust in Saskatoon.
The Saskatoon Police Service Drug Unit has concluded Project Separate, a nine-month investigation into high-level drug traffickers in Saskatoon. With the assistance of multiple units within the Saskatoon Police Service, the investigation concluded on October 6, 2024 when a 27-year-old male was arrested near a business in the 3000 block of Meadows Parkway. The remaining accused people were arrested a short time later.
A 36-year-old suspect, a 27-year-old suspect, and a 57-year-old suspect are all charged with a variety of drug-trafficking charges in relation to kilogram-level cocaine trafficking.
A 34-year-old suspect and the 27-year-old suspect are charged with a variety of drug-trafficking charges in relation to kilogram-level methamphetamine trafficking.
A 24-year-old suspect is charged with drug-trafficking charges at the multi-ounce level.
Search warrants were executed at locations at homes at the 700 block of Brightsand Crescent; the 100 block of Pawlychenko Lane; the 200 block of SIimmon Road; the 800 block of Kristjanson Road and at a business at the 2900 block of Faithful Avenue.
The investigation resulted in the following evidence 小蓝视频 seized: 4,219 grams of cocaine; 2,974 grams of methamphetamine; $16,050 CAD; 4,528 grams buffing agent; 9 mm carbine rifle; prohibited Colt 38 revolver; ammunition; cocaine press; scales, vacuum sealers, money counter; cellular phones; 2019 Range Rover Land Rover; 2013 Honda Pilot; 2015 Dodge Durango; 2013 Infiniti Jx35; 2022 Dodge Ram; 2016 Audi RS7; and 2011 Ford F250.
