The city of North Battleford awarded its three-year contract for legal services at this week's council meeting.
The law firm of Lindgren Blais Frank & Illingworth have been retained for a further three-year term to continue on as the City's legal counsel. Council voted to retain the firm at Monday night's council meeting.
The firm has designated Eldon Lindgren as its primary contact person with Ivan Frank as the secondary contact person.
They beat out a competing bid by the Migneault Greenwood firm, also based in North Battleford. Nine local firms were invited to submit bids. Of the remaining firms one declined to bid and the others did not respond.
