Music lovers, mark your calendars. The Battlefords, no stranger to great music, will be hosting another house concert of a father and son tap-style guitar duo.
Zachari and Andrew Smith describe their style as folk, alt-country and tap-style guitar. They have been touring Europe and Canada since 2011, and released their first album, Travelling, in 2011.
They have also received accolades from their peers. Smith is one of the only Canadians to have won the Kerrville Newfolk Song Writing Competition, and has been compared to Don Ross and James Taylor. Zachari has toured Canada and the United States with his band ,The Geese.
