The Ruddell Community is saddened to learn about the passing of Marlene Seiffert. For several years the Seifferts ran the Ruddell Flea Market by the highway. Marlene was always a generous helpful person with a smile for everyone. Last year the Siefferts retired to Cupar and we all missed them. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her husband Ed and family.
