Feb. 13 was Past Honoured Royal Lady Night at the St. Walburg monthly meeting of the Royal Purple.
Presiding in the Honoured Royal Lady role was Past Honoured Royal Lady Joan Karst, who brought the meeting to order at 8 p.m. with 22 members attending.
The financial report indicated the lodge is continually raising money that is spent in needed areas locally as well as supporting the Elks and Royal Purple Fund for Children and charity appeals.
It was reported the Sunshine Committee had made numerous visitations to ailing members. Get well wishes to all.
Jean Steinacher and Helen Harris volunteered to help with bingo at the health complex. Royal Purple's day to help is always the fourth Thursday of every month.
Mary Novlan and Maryanne Kurjata celebated birthdays this month.
The highlight of the evening was initiating new member Brenda Bambrick.
